Blaxman has given 110 percent to the entire Heat community by modding Road Course, Oval mods, updating old tracks and making them like brand new, he supports all his mods, and he also has taken on a new adventure, in racing here at SpeedSims in our Group C series. It's a wonder how his family hasn't banned him from the computer at home by now.

Since we the users get so much pleasure from all his hardwork, it's time "us" the users did something for Blaxman. So in honor of all his hardwork and dedication, we give you the Blaxman Honor Race.

Race will be Tuesday April 20th @ 7:30pm Est.

Server: Speedsims.no-ip.org

Track: Charlotte_SP (Blaxman's favorite oval track)

Hardcore Mode

Race length 60 laps 3X wear

Manual pits

Blackflags will be on.

Open setups for Qualify and Race.

We will be using the new GT Spolier Pack.

You will need to install COT Platinum G2 base files:

Some basic rules to follow so everyone has an enjoyable race.

There will be a warm-up run at start time to check internet lag. If some driver have a really bad connection and his car warps all over, he might be asked to leave.

We will be using the SpeedSims server: speedsims.no-ip.org. In case of any server problems SpeedSims does have a backup server.

Drivers must be familiar with their car and the track before entering competition. Practicing to get good knowledge of Charlotte_SP and the car's handling is mandatory before racing online. Drivers should never enter a race without having practiced before, as this would dramatically increase the likelyhood for race incidents

We are all driving as friends so please drive with good sportmanship, and don't swear or verbally abuse another driver.

During the race there will be NO chatting, since this can be a distraction to other drivers

Only the following predefined commands shall be used during the race:

PPP before entering pitlane
XXX before exiting pit lane
<<< “please overtake on the left”
>>> “please overtake on the right”

If you’re a lap down or have damage and see a faster car approaching, it’s a gentlemans agreement to go high and let the faster car go by. When it’s safe to do so.

Pitting Procedures:

When getting ready to pit, signal ppp move to the left lane and enter the apron before reaching turn 3

When exiting pit row signal XXX and stay on the apron between turns 1 and 2 and enter the track on the backstraight.

Sincerely, I dont think all of this is necessary but, I do feel honored and thankful.

Mmmmmm..... If I was receiving an Oscar, I would make a speech citing all the Heat guys who have helped me on everything I put together for Heat all these years.
