If you are part of a team or not it doesn't affect how well or not you will go. Unlike oval racing you don't need any on track help to do well on circuits. The teams standing is merely to add to the fun of the league correct me if I'm wrong Karl. The only benefit of being part of a team is to potentially have help during the week working on setups how to tackle certain parts of the track etc. But that is very minor. And I think I can speak for the majority of people here when I say this but if you need a hand with setups or any advice on tracks etc, just ask. We are like family here .

Oh and ya ofcourse harding was motivated to beat me since i beat him at hmc. Patch used low gears like you did harding he went from 8th to 1st before 30 seconds of the race, leading the first lap. But trouble got the best of him and he finished 7th. I was riding along for another 8th 10 secs ahead of gtsvip9.. but overran a turn and slammed into an invisible wall.Somehow i recovered just as he passed me and he messed up the next turn and i passed. Me being so tight for the next turns was braking early and when we got to the final 2 turns i braked early once more not realizing gts was behind me. Then the last turn we are neck and neck and i guess he got loose and came down on my rear quarter pannel... gears were done and had to do the last straight in reverse, finishing 9th LLM in cup= 7th,8th,13th LLM in nbs= 7th,9th,10th

Teammates is just a fun aspect of racing, and not to be taken so seriously. The community that you find here is always willing to help out someone else with setups or just about anything when you ask. Harding asked me for a setup for a race at Road America I gave him one, and he did the rest by adjusting the set to his driving style and the gears to make his fuel run, and he knows if he needed anything at all he could ask. The community that you find here is AWESOME, like harding said it's almost like a family.
