Ok, got down to regular 1:22s at least Another sec may be in... but then probably only at risk of having a meeting with some of those tire staple obstacles. Which usually makes for some urgent pitstop need
Guess I'd rather try running stable than damaged ;D

A couple of days ago seems my car just LOVED to hit those obstacles that you see in the turns. Spent sometime running offline this morning, finally my car knows to avoid the obstacles a little bit less now.

Well I started practicing for here a few weeks back and that really helped me once I got the hang of the car on this track I could start knuckling down on those laps. at least 10hours of practice and close on 200laps I got my car where I wanted it. Yet I still hadn't done a fuel run and tried a few more things in the setup. But all that practice is worthless when your connection drops out a few laps in . Anywho this was my records sheet, with Added laps of Crash's from when I was spectating

Yeh I reconnected and saw. I'm not so much gutted about the dis'co and losing points but I put in a heap of practice here and I hadn't even got into open space to let it rip in front of everyone. its just not quite the same as offline by myself . And I've still got a drive-thru pen for another week ahhhhhhh lol. I think I should ahve been told I'm guna dis'co so I could have done my drive-thru early

Seems to have been DC-day... I got a DC half an hour before racetime, but fortunately not in the race Rob got DC in first start attempts And I dunno if Turtle got DC to or dropped by himself Anyone has info about some major atom bomb tests today and resulting EMP effects ?

Back in the dark old dial up days it was`nt unusual for me to 300 or 400 laps in a week leading up to a race, when I raced Viper Racing. Then get DC`d half a lap from the finish line, after leading entire race.... But nowadays I just do 20 or 30 laps a few days before race to adjust set & get a feel for the track. Or, as happened this week, was feeling like crap & did`nt do any laps until last night. Cheers... www4.snapfish.com.au/slideshow/AlbumID=428115018/PictureID=12036147018/a=326296018_326296018/otsc=SHR/otsi=SPIClink/

Senn, Harding, and Crash had awful lags. I think I'm such a bad driver that my random spins may have actually helped me stay on track. 1:29 best lap time isnt good though.

Oh, wasn't that bad for your only 2nd race. Especially considering that Birmingham IMO is almost about as nasty a track as Nordschleife, only much shorter. Actually it feels like Nordschleife minus all the fluid and high speed parts ;D

Well ...Not shure about A bomb testing but got DCd right before race start and coulnt get reply from server until the start of Qualify "strange " hit the tires .... then no sound , then warp, think i may have at least 1 lap on the track before dc

I gotta thank my son BMX for making me a very stable set even though I was off the pace. I'm not good I just was just able to control car here a little. Plus braking early really helped.
