Did some laps to get adjusted to the track... tight one
For some reason my right front tire is overheating big time. 4 laps and its already losing grip because of too high temperatures, no matter what tire type.
Tire temps is biggest problem I have with LFS anyway; any hint what setting helps reducing tire temps ? Does for example higher/lower pressure generally increase or decrease temps ? What's the relation between pressure and temps in LFS ?
Any other setting apart from pressure to affect temps ? Or how to ease load on front right tire ? (yes, I know how to set camber and how it works ...)

Well I'd say try least possible steerlock... Also running the correct springsettings seem to help. I also try to get those temps down. Its alot of experimenting I'll try to post some more detailed info when i know more too. Cheers, Triz

I hate lowering the steering lock - I almost always set it to max....just like driving a Group C car but yea softer springs balanced with ride height (and playing with the ARB's as well)...this means you may need to adjust bump setting which might mean looking at the rebound too. Try sending more power to the rear tires via the wheel lock and power /coast settings as well as reducing the front pre-load. Are you using LSD or locked diffs? I ask because there was (and may still be) a "bug" that the locked diff was actually faster than a LSD diff but the LSD is easier on tire ware, it has other advantages too but does make the handling much different I find. I find my tires settle down a lot once I get used to the track so I'm smoother and rely less on hp and more on lines - but you knew that already I bet

hhhrmppff.... looks like I'll be offline (at home) for a couple of days and cannot join the practice session Old ISP has shut off the line in time, but new one hasn't even given me the logon parameters yet... guess I have to get a little angry on their service hotline
