I'm in the stages of just loading the model itsself to the game, which I have not gotten to do yet.
If you have not imported the model yet, what are you testing ?
Have you only put new physics to an already existing car ?
I read the importing cars to heat, did all of that, imported the physics example into .val format, put all that together and packed it into the .car file. Everything works fine, but when I go to race, it crashes after a couple mins of loading because it can't load the physics.
"Can't load" can mean a lot of things, such as "there is no physics available" or maybe "physics are corrupt".
Could be you simply messed up physics by accidently putting in a dot where a comma should be. Or by deleting a line that Heat takes for being mandatory
If you made sure the compiling of physics.txt was ok and physics.val IS in the CAR file, its most likely you messed up the physics.txt file in some way. The compiler won't notice mistakes like a missing line
Sorry I wasn't very clear. I've already got the model imported into the .car and replaced the high 1-9 and the low 1-6 with it. The only problem was the physics wouldn't load. I was using the original physics and I know there is no errors in that.
I think your right raybee, the model was originaly from rfactor, and its pretty high poly. (I haven't figured out how to tell the exact rate yet) I just tried turning vertex damage off, and when i launched the game it crashed as soon as I hit practice. Here is the log I got just now:

EDIT---- I think I found the problem, even after exporting the model from zmod it won't import back into it for some reason.
It could be because I just found out I have a stockcar cockpit combined with a go kart frame lol.
