EFgordon, man you were breathing down my neck on the last lap, I didn't think I could hang on to the lead for another lap.

I dont know how I ever helped anyone create these mods for heat. I am clueless to the process. I just like to play the game. This particular mod is fantastic and the race was a blast.

Blaxman - Your hard work has given me countless hours of fun. I could never thank you enough. Racing in this event was my pleasure. I'm also very glad you were not eaten by an alligator.

DaveO - I tried to go high and not dive bomb you before the white flag but i hit the wall or you or both. It was a miracle that I was able to make another run before the checkers. One more cup of fuel and it was going to be a photo finish. Congrats on the win.

Donaldson - I was in the server twice between 6-7 pm. I never noticed you or i would have said hello. I didnt even notice you were in the race until i was trying to identify who was warping. Trying to figure out what gear to use was taking up 95% of my attention before the green flag. I was so adult A.D.D that i thought we were racing in a charity event for Blaxman who was eaten by an alligator for a while. Thats what i get for staring at the chat screen with a calculator in my hand. ha.

would have been nice to have more of the regular road racers show up but a good competitve race. Even if i was slowest, by being consistent i was moving up until getting hit a couple of times in the left rear wheel. needed about 4 lanes of track after that to stay on so had to pit an extra time. thank you Mauro, and Dave for the event. see if i can revenge on ovals when the IRL mod series starts.

Hehehe.... thankfully (for me and, probably, the alligator) I wasnt eaten or bitten!! ;D ;D

I remember your contribution very well, Dave told me a very long time ago, that you were the guy who taught him how to build setups many years ago, and Dave had received permission from you, to modify some of your setups along with Dave's setups into base setups for the CotG2 mod.

I always give the due credits to the authors when I'm able to identify who they actually are...

If wasnt your extra stop, you'd have finished quite well, Ron. Your pace was really nice for what should have been a 2 stop race.

And yeah... I'm sure you'll get your revenge in IRL series. I still remember how we got mercilessly beaten by you on that Birmingham race we had here sometime ago......

I checked the replay, your car never touched mine. You just hit the wall. Great heads up driving, and also for having great reflexes!! You are right it would of been a photo finish!
