How much way off ?
Basically my advice would be to set downforce to max on both front and rear. And set suspensions to make up for fast cornering in slow turn, but still good control in fast ones
For anything more specific, you'd have to tell us where you think your car doesn't feel right. Turn entry, at braking, turn apex or exit ? Or rather some specific turn ?
Me for example, I have trouble in T9/10, T10 is the 180°

well the first two turns are a real pain, that may require a suspension change. Perhaps I just need to get used to the cars.... Although I must say, i think your setup tips on the website are a lil off, because I found raising the front rebound, tightens the throttle which makes it better off the exit. not just lowering that and the rear bump.
I do know though, that mastering those turns will make or break the race, at least for me.

Also, it's very hard to try and help someone setup there car on the forum, when we don't know how many clicks you did on the rebound, or what kind of editing you've done on other parts of the setup. The easiest thing to do, is to join in on one of the practices sessions, so someone can see your driving, so they will be able to give you some tips. Also remember when doing an adjustment, do ONE adjustment at a time. So you know what the cause and effects that are happening to your car. If you do more then one adjustment at a time, you will never know where the problem actually is happening. Also any chance you can upload your setup so we can take a peak and see what is happening?

Although I must say, i think your setup tips on the website are a lil off, because I found raising the front rebound, tightens the throttle which makes it better off the exit. not just lowering that and the rear bump. eeeehm... raising front rebound causes car weight "to get more resistance at moving to the rear" (figuratively speaking) on accelerating out of turns ... as would raising rear bump. So in case the car doesn't turn at accelerating (at exiting turns), raising front rebound or/and rear bump does help. As would moving weight to front... or raising front or rear springs... but whatever you do, it affects other situations and setup options as well and maybe in an unwanted way. That's what the setup guide says, because that's the way real life car suspension physics work. As they do in Heat as well. So the guide is rather less "some way off" - it's perhaps just not what you interpret it to be ;D There's some really good tutorials out there that explain in detail how car physics work - and in fact to get a good understanding on how to setup your car, you'd need to have a good understanding how car physics work. Without that, it's just trial and error. And to not click the wrong parameters the wrong way, the setup guide is to show the general approach on each track situation

well these cars are very loose to me, perhaps its still me getting used to the wheel, perhaps I just found raising the front rebound helps the throttle, I also found that raising the front spring tension helps me a lot just in case I get a bump. Maybe it is personal preference for me rather than just what the guide is saying. I'm at school/work right now, so I'll run more, see if I can get used to it, then maybe I'll be able to not wreck Karl this weekend.

I have some free time early Saturday afternoon. How about you and I run some together around 1pm est. on Saturday?
