 More information here!START TIME IS 7PM EST. Time for a celebration! Now that the SCGTS is complete, lets celebrate, with a SCGTS series! We'll be running all three classes (not at once) over the course of nine Races! There will be three races for each class. North Point GT3 Sachsenring GT2 Oulton Park GT1 Bent Twig2 GT3 Sonoma2012 GT2 Virginia FC GT1 Teretonga GT3 Mo I Rana GT2 Grand Valley GT1 So you pick or paint a car for each class (or the class you want to race) Spike and I will be your admin's. Let's have some fun! |

I'm in, Porsche times 3. But how does it work? A separate race for each class?
Also, exclusively, has a topic of designated pit windows ever been considered? Such as if a 26 lap race, then the offical pit window is from lap 11 to 15. Entering the pit any other time for any reason results on a penalty.

I'll be in a BMW GT3 and Cruise will be there in a Saleen GT3. Also, exclusively, has a topic of designated pit windows ever been considered? I think I've seen that done somewhere before, but I'm not sure. However, I don't really like the idea of forcing pit strategy on someone. Yes one pit stop, but if you gotta make a second because you have damage? Wouldn't the pit stop be enough of a penalty? If we take that same race, and someone wants to pit on lap 5 and go 20 laps on one set of tires that is their business. Don't think it will play out well, but that is their business. Most people would pit around lap 11 to lap 15 anyways if they had to pit once, so they had even tires for each half of the race. |
