first one you listed is the correct pw
What do you mean by "tried" ? If you have tried those, first one should have done the trick and you'd have known by now ?!
btw... in case you're using WIFI or WLAN, you'll probably have to connect directly by IP, as connecting via site link seem to work only for computers that use ethernet cable for connecting to modem/router - for what reason ever

Not sure if i will use it in race. but for practise purposes it would make it a nice tool As long as people are not starting to do useless smalltalk on there that is

Awesome! ;D Thanks Karl. Since I'm in a different timezone to most people I probably wont be in for casual race practices. But I will pop in randomly to see if anybody is in there. And can count on me being there at race time. FYI - For your Information: I use a $10 mic I got from thingy Smith Electronics (is that international?) and its lasted me 4 years with no problems at all. Others have brought more expensive mic's that are similar in sound quality but are made cheaply and break before they get their money's worth. So just a heads up. Get a trusted brand, or buy cheap and if it does break, buy another cheapy .
