Details: Date: 1 October 2011 Time: 22:00 CET Course: Westhill International Duration: 24 laps Server: SpeedSims PW: Will be using the same password that we used during previous round. A lil Reminder: One mandatory pit stop with full service; you must take 4 tires and fuel. Repairing damage is not mandatory. A few of us are planning on doing a practice on Thursday @ 22:00 CET.
We plan on doing some practice, then running a few short sprint races to have some fun and to get ready for the race.
Anyone is welcome to come and join in on the fun!

Congrats to the podium finishers! @ Chopper, yea you beat me again by one position, this is becoming comical between you and I. I ran my fastest ever lap chasing you down, I started making some ground on you, then it was time for pit stops. I think I need to show up for some more of these practices. @heagles Great racing in the closing laps. That's the kind of racing I love, swaping for positions, racing clean and having a blast, you kept me on my toes the whole time with you right on my exhaust pipes. I ran out of fuel on the last lap right before the s/f line. Thanks for the great racing tonight everyone! Dave |

That was a hard race for me.I started with damnd hard headachs was thinking about no starting. But after two laps it was better and I say ok lets finish it. The start was ok I could get some positions and then i got a TD. I thought it was for a passing move and make it. But I got a DT from last race for my stupid crash and I got it now. And I understand the pm like I must make my DT after my pit stop. So I make a second DT after my pit stop ;D . Thats why i have a good race but with a bad end lol. I know why I don´t like this track.  |

As always, i really enjoyed racing on westhill, such a smooth track.. I love it, even in 4wd car. Not many excitement in race but.. as we look at the bigger picture, excitement is rising, pressure is spiking - 4 more points to go  Hopefully, Nestoras wont get another DT penalty this time ;D Tnx for racing, c u on fe |

Was a rather uneventfull race for me. Got 6th in qualy and got into fourth after 2 laps because people made pitstops. Was able to stay with Chopper for a couple of laps but then I figured i'd make stop in 6th lap since in the past i tend to have a better race after a pitstop... It was not to be. Lost speed due to a heavier car and lost 6 secs because i didnt put in enough fuel to begin with. Silly me. Anyway, another race for experience Thanks for the race and congrats to the podium winners! Cheers for a very much needed distraction on Saturday fellas, went through quite a lot last week personally so to be able to try and forget it all for an hour or so was nice, didnt really happen tho, drove like a wally first 8 or 9 laps with mistakes at just bout every corner. Just couldn't relax into a groove. Was a mostly uneventful race for me, never saw any back markers, the only highlights were as mentioned above with Triz and Dave gaining on me in the first half of the race till they pitted, I managed to last till the last lap to pit so had open track infront and behind for the majority... @dave: yes mate, the table shows how close it been all season, only 5 points in it, we are defo racing for 3rd place (like I have been in most of the races so far! 3rd place is 1st place in my head!). Had a little go on the new track over the weekend, seems a little tight for GTR's, maybe more suited to smaller cars, and the last corner/straight is a bit bumpy too, not sure I like it atall  |

Looking at the table again what we need to make it VERY exciting, is for Mr White and Mr Fadeaway to have an incident at the next round, and take each other out...
Now that WOULD make a cracking season finale!
(sorry fellas im not wishing that on you atall, just an observation with you both around 20 points infront!) ;D
