On the latest incident page, you will notice we are going by drivers nickname/name for racing incidents instead of car# that drivers have been involved in.
Reason for this is, several drivers are using different car#'s, and also at the same time using similar or the same # that someone else has used in the previous races. This has made our job harder and confusing for other folks when they look at the incident reports, because you don't know after a while who is driving what car# unless you check the results.txt. So for now we will be going by drivers name/nickname.
You will also notice in the last race we've had SEVERAL race incidents.
Over the last 5 races we have been very lenient with handing out warnings, etc etc. But we've also been seeing EVEN more race accidents happening also! Some are truly racing accidents, some are guys just not using enough racing etiquette, which means drive a little bit more carefully respect your other fellow drivers on the track. Use your mirrors while racing, don't bump another guy out of the way so you can gain a position... Maybe put a little bit more effort into practicing...
We've also seen a few drivers improve big time. I've seen EarlTM who has been practicing like a demon offline, his first time ever driving the GrandAm mod at Interlagos, he raced like a pro..
I've seen Grumpy, who's driving of RC cars improve also.. Two big thumbs up to those guys..
Well to make a long story short, our "grace period" of being lenient is now over.. We've given out warnings for several races, but it seems it's not helped with educating our drivers of what went wrong.
The admins giving out warnings, when we should be handing out penalties will commence with the next race at Group C Interlagos.
The grace period is now over, and we will be enforcing the rules and proper Etiquette on the track.
Thanks,
