There are 2 ways to set the race length in NH.
1st one is to use the mod launcher (swiss army knife edition), that has a schedule editor in which you can create your schedule/series. Click "Utilities">>"Editors">>"Schedule Editor"
2nd one is to crack the common.res with the winrestoolswizard. In there you will find a file called events.val, that has to be converted with valcrack to get a txt file which you can modify. After that you will have to use the winrestoolwizard again to convert the txt file back to events.val and repack all the files back to a common.res.
I use the 2nd option for creating schedules because I never found out how to use the schedule editor.
Keep in mind that every time you want to change the amount of laps you would have to go through the same procedure (even if you're only practising for a race).
When connected to a online server the common.res on the server is used and not the one in your own Nascar Heat mod folder.

I finally got around to this download valcrack extracted it and clicked on the application icon and I got this error... VALCRACK.EXE - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because MSVBVM50.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.Has anyone experienced this problem before? if so how do I cure it?
