Yeah, I have seen that happen before. Not sure what caused it, but I could restart my computer and it'd go back to normal. Have you tried restarting to see if it still happens after that?

Hey Cruise, That happens at times with heat. You can actually say yes, to that message and heat will still work fine... I've seen that happen occasionally on older systems.

No problem. At least now you know what to do when you see it happen again. With me, I guess it comes from doing so much stuff on here before firing Heat up. Say if I'm painting a car or something like that, or working in other various programs for a long time, then my resources start getting low after so long, then that thing may pop up. Sometimes I can click on through it and it'll load, sometimes it won't... but restarting my computer always fixes it for me.

Cruise you should eliminate some of those desktop shortcuts, it will make your pc a bit faster. Just be sure to back some of the articles to your documents or wherever if you don't have them on the hard drive somewhere else already.
Do what Dave says. I've got that warning before and just ignore it.

I've found that when I launch and exit Heat enough times without a restart I'll start to get that message as well - on any OS or machine.
But like the others said a simple restart or ignoring it all together works fine. lol
