Lol? Thanks bro. Its daytona.... with highspeed cars wrecks WILL happen not on purpose but they will. After reviewing replay mustang and i came to the conclusion of lag and when he turned up slightly he turned down too sharp causing him to spin. =D sorry to anyone i touched... esp. cook... wasnt enough room where i was... whcih was on part of the apron

Good race today!
lol didnt no there was 2lap qualiy( i buttoned off end lap1 haha) for a outside row 5 start(10th). A good start to push hard for 16laps(working with bmx laps 9-15 i think) to pit in 9th and come out 2nd and push hard to the end. With no cars around me to work with and afew secs off daveo it was easy to watch the 3cars behind pick me up and pass me like i was standing still but i jump on the back and we cort dave with 4 or 5 to go. Not sure what happend but thort i could of been involed in something(and ive had enuf of those now) to offer my placing and be happy with 4th.

Tryd a wedge change( couldnt beat 216 off the corners seen most wer doing 217) started off ok sat mid pack 1st few laps( after dodgeing some mahem) up2 for abit then pitted lap 16 another 3cars cort me(man they wer flying and i just couldnt latch on to the back of them and setled for 4th again and sat back and had a coffe and siggy and just drove the rest of the race 1handed when no 1 was around me lol.
Good racing shot daveo good stuff mate. And other podium finishers welldone

And you both do run on the same LAN. So don't blame lag on that incident |

Why don't you think I went high and lett you right by me? Little dude, what you were doing is not bump drafting, all you were doing was beating the $hit out of your spolier, and creating havoc. Another thing, right before your brother hit the apron, why in hell would you even attempt to bump draft a rookie driver like your brother Mustang, when he's only been driving for a few months? Little dude you weren't using your head at all. With plate tracking it's not about how fast you are.. Anyone's fast in a draft. You gotta use your head,and have a great deal of patience. What you showed was no patience at all. You race ovals fulltime.. You know better then to bump draft like that!! THINK before you bump and bang people like that... |

;D Wow , well I enjoyed the first race it was a lot of fun, and if it had not been for Bowel Movement Xpres's stupidity to seemingly intentionally knock me off the track AGAIN, all was nice in second race too. ;D ;D
So you guys will find an invite to Taladega race elsewhere on this board.
Thanx all it was very enjoyable.

Well i would like to point out a few things since i have only raced in 2 races in this mod this year. The place yesterday was nothing but chaos. Nobody explained any pitting rules. For a guy who just jumps in to race Daytona. I did not agree with the pace lap. I spent a lot of time to get a good start at the drop of the green. Then a driver starts to complain, because he wants a pace lap. Nothing but chaos in the racing chat. Also when a Admin tell the whole group of drivers that Karl will be giving the go, Mustang yells go? What the hell man. This is a joke and i don't see myself running in this mod with nobody taking control of it. Not to say it isn't when i haven't raced. I just jump in for some fun and it was more annoying than fun from my view. Later.

The most drivers here on Speedsims are roadcourse drivers, IF I ever setup a series for this mod again I'll not be adding a oval to the schedule. Nobody explained any pitting rules. What's there to explain on pitting on Daytona! Going into the pits you'll have plenty of space to go to the infield coming off turn 4. Everyone is signaling that they are exiting the pits so anyone running on start/finish straight can expect that there might be a car entering the track just before turn 1. |

Pitting. This is the only place i have raced online that you can go 185 mph entering the pits. Black Flags should have been on. I'm not keen on running 185 mph heading into the pits. I was on the grass the whole time. I don't think it was the track itself, I just think there should be rules set in place for Daytona. At Daytona it doesn't matter where you start anyway. Should have Q'd both segments, had Black Flags on. Just need some fine tuning on the rules. For the people who yell "Go" when not in the position to do so, should be penalized. There should have been a restart, and Mustang should know better. (This isn't the first time) They are telling everybody rules when they are not Admins, and actually give out the wrong information. It's up to Admins to take care of this issue, and i really hope something is done.

Sorry Yes... i was impatient... couldnt wait to get in front and be safe =? that cost me big time  Whens the dega race? Also petty when it was said chole would give go how would he see that if hes in bathroom... plus ... with every1 saying GLA. Luckily there was only like a .3 sec difference between the commands and there was not to much chaos. If we do an oval may i suggest one with more lifting so its a bit more challenging say... INDIANAPOLIS??? |

And yes petty is right... maybe no bf's but inforce a lower speed limit... and what he emant by pitting procedure was:
do we pit entering the last turn (exiting back stretch) or exiting the last turn and just dive into the pits.
