Try launching with NHML2 and using Track manager you may find its on the "out" side and need to swap it over. Alternatively there may be a tracks/schedule.cfg (unsure on file name) in your mod's folder that when you open the .cfg in notepad it shows a list of tracks. If this is so either add Suzuka east to the list or delete that file and it will then show all tracks that are in your run folder .

Actually the mod has a track.ini that limits what tracks show on track selection page. I stumbled upon same problem when I had set up the server. Just delete that track.ini and Suzuka will show up

There's 2 possible reasons why a track doesn't show on track listing page (given it's installed to the right folder...)
a) track.ini limits what tracks are listed b) too many tracks installed
So far as I recall, there's a limit to how many tracks Heat is able to manage at the same time. That's the reason why there's a track swapping feature in ML2.
I never stumbled upon that problem myself, but I only have road track installed, almost no ovals. But in case you have a lot of oval tracks AND all the road tracks, you may exceed that limit. Check by moving track to a temporary folder where Heat won't check for tracks

Myself being a jack of all trades master of only one. Dirt oval, paved oval, road courses I have 279 tracks currently which I can load heat up with no problems. But I do make good use of the car and track manager as that cuts the loading time right back for me. I'm not sure about this problem though. Just a few thing to check Is the file size of the .trk the same when comparing radar's and yours. Has the computer been rebooted and tried again? Can you actually see the track in the track selection or is it not popping up? If the track is coming up in selection if you stay on the track selection screen and alt+tab out and browse into the run folder is the track there? If it is try copying the .trk into the HMC2009 mod folder and then see if it pops up. Hope this helps get us closer to whats happening here
