Extra rule for Portland:
At the start of heat 1 we will have pace untill eveybody gets safely through T1.
Last one on the grid will give "gogogo" when he's through that.

I've never driven Portland before - Im presuming its a pretty hairy T1 then? Or just pretty narrow?

 Im stuck on 1.08s anygood? ( Real bad understeer ATM ) With me crash and cholerix on ausheat server the other day we all managed to do shockingly fast times for the groupC race. So im gessing i need tobe doing HIGH 1.05s or LOW 1.06s maybe? Cheers: Richie

Well mate, if you are in a VTA car i`d say your doin great!..  The record for Portland is 1:10.400 by R.P Jones, according to the FDR schedule page. If you get down to 1:05`s i might stay home..  ..lol Cheers... |

And I'll be happy If I'll manage to avoid ending up on the inside wall of last turn for all the race at Portland ;D As for laptimes... never been fast at Portland. Hardly ever found a really neat setup for any car here |

Track is set to Portland_T, using VTA mod. Then we`ll be changing to Group C some time after that for laps at Rouen.

well, i didn't have a old vta race record from the past at Portland. so i used my best time doing the consumption tests for this series. i knew it wasn't fast as i am better at steady than fast. Since then i have only gone barely quicker; i am wondering if doing 07's you can keep front tires on the car for even the sprint? at any rate keeping the fenders on is userful and not easy with this track.  |

Oldnslow Cant speak for everyone ,but youll need them front tires. . And youll do just fine as always. woops almost forgot ( post at the top of the page) by Humpty pace lap makes it a RACE ..... for everyone !!!!!!!
