Thort i had the speed( maxd out @ 242mph) but tyres only lasted 8laps and my 2nd set wer even worse,6laps so just tryd to stay out of trubble and try to learn the car.

I have to say I am really amazed Ragtimer did a really great job, ran fast and clean; and had the superior pit strategy. First win in 3rd race is just awesome !! As was Richie's pole in his very first GroupC race - especially since those cars are a really tough ride on high speed tracks when it comes to very slow turns like Hockenheim Motodrome. Harding was only little slower then in the race. Usually it takes a few races to get used to these cars, so I'm really looking ahead to what fight you guys will give us "oldies" in coming races ;D

I probably wont be able to make most rounds as it is Monday morning here 8am so have school to go to. Unless the race time was brought forward 2 hours or so, but don't put anyone else out to fit me in , can always make it on the days I don't have school

I had an absolute blast in the race!... After trouble over here with Case, i momentarily turned my head away from screen(lap 6)...just at the wrong time(coming out of chicane) & slammed wall...hehe. Broke suspension, then to make matters worse could`nt turn in at next right hander & slammed different wall, causing further suspension damage...some days are like that... But after initially cursing myself, it turned out to be a very exciting development for me. Struggled back to the pits. With the crashes & repairs lap 6 & 7 took up about 4.5 minutes. Coming out of the pits after what seemed an eternity, i think i was second last & miles behind. Figured my race was probably run, but was gonna have a helluva lot of fun trying to make it back towards the pointy end of the field.. From then on race was a real buzz! Slowly clawed my way back up & got within sight of S 10274(Ragtimer?) by the finish line. Must say everyone i saw drove very intelligently & with as much grace, courtesy as i`ve seen for some time.. Certainly a far cry from the drama filled race the last time we ventured out at Hockenheim... ;D A fantastic win for S 12074, well done! Perfect race! Great to see Richie & Harding Jnr turn up! Richie getting pole too! Even without my penalty, it would still have been a better time than mine Rich... If only some more AusHeat members would get the Group C bug...lol As stated above it`s great to see new guys coming in and doing well. Also a special mention for Trane. I was watching him finish his last lap, really seemed to have his hands full with a pig of a car! But he did`nt just park it like many would have, he doggedly got to the finish line. Brilliant! Looking forward to the next round at Rouen! Cheers...
