Hey guys,
My momo wheel has the bad habit of, whenever I fire up the computer, turn itself all way to the left, which makes me fire up the gaming devices configuration and calibrate it every time I want to use it.
This has puzzled me for a while, and its more an annoyance than a problem, but I'd be happy if someone helped me solve it, it never happened with my old wheel.
Cheers!

yes, u have the forcefeedback motor plugged in. thats it calibrating itself. i'd worry more about the day it doesnt move. momo is the black ones, i've had 4 of them maybe 5. i never used ff and still all went in less than 7monthes of just racing here with heat. i've got reciepts and bank statements to prove. i thought they would b the last word in w & p, but i was really wrong. after the last one's brk pedal lost calibration i went for thomas system. now u even see the mighty $200 and or more g25's breaking down. due to my love for gokarting i had thomas modify my chips so that the pedals would work on my s1k and openkart game programs on legacy windows os platforms. again b'twn jan 2006 to jan 2008 i wasted almost $400 on logitech equipment. why bother. thomas sell systems under $400 or buy a piece at a time. any how good luck with momo and your racing.

Burnout same thing here, what i do is go to the heat mod and go to the controls and keep turning it all the way left and all the way right until it is in the middle. (ull see what i mean) basically just keep turning the wheel til it catches up to where the computer thinks it is.

Well that sucks if it works that way. Guess I'll stick with it until it breaks

i dont use the FF bmx threw his cable out and i just agve him mine (he didnt see it in the box) i think they last longer without FF and to sync the wheel all you have to do is turn it left and right until its centered.. (= lmao

Hmmm, i have a g25 n never had any real problems with it so far. Though when u install some USB driver to emulate cdrom drives (i think... for cracked games to work... its bad i know i should buy games too, guilty as charged hehe) it might get in trouble since Logitech seems to use some kind of advanced USB driver as well for it. Thats the only trouble i had so far which is a software problem, caused by myself. Running it on a clean wondows xp system: works like a charm. Might have to replace the paddle switches some time... but since i work as an electronics eng. that doesnt really matter Is the MOMO wheel the one with the red steering wheel by the way? Used to have one of those. Triz
